Unexplainable.
Purely unexplainable.
The fans were horrible.
The play was horrible.
The effort was horrible.
No covering it up. Realistically, it’s not even worth arguing over. The fans of this god forsaken team are no better. Leaving the arena after Game 5 last night brought back so many terrible memories. The times when the team couldn’t beat a horrible Kings squad. When the attendance was at the bottom of the barrel. When it was the likes of TJ, Shawne, Tyler, and guys like that. Just seeing the fans in such a mood as they were, it was sickening. Half of the game they were on their phones seeing what Miley Cyrus did this time, Or what was for dinner. Our fans are becoming no better than the Miami Heat fans. Everyone talking about Frank Vogel losing his job, Larry Bird being fired. I have no clue what they're watching, but it surely isn’t this Pacers team.
It’s honestly hard to explain what’s wrong. The rebounding was terrible. Roy Hibbert was atrocious. Paul George wasn’t at his best, and the fans weren’t in to it.
I’m looking forward to a win in Atlanta Thursday night, and maybe, just maybe, a win here in Indy on Saturday.
Stay classy Pacers fans. We’re so much better than this.
